This new naturally processed coffee is coming to the Non-Fiction Coffee Family direct from a female-owned farm in Junin, Peru. Davila Yance Cirila has been producing coffee since 1980 on her small, family farm in the town of Satipo. Although she has produced coffee for nearly forty years, she only recently started producing specialty lots with the help of local coffee specialists. Through her hard work and her willingness to learn new farming techniques, she produced an incredible micro-lot this year. This beautiful coffee boasts tropical fruit flavors reminiscent of mango coupled with rich cherry and blueberry fruit sweetness and a pleasant lavender syrup finish. This fresh harvest offering represents some of the finest of the Junin region, and it’s our honor to make it available to you.
