We are featuring, inside this bundle, some of our staple origins alongside our newest South America origin. There is a beauty to behold with the consistent and bold flavors in these roasts. Colombia:
Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, Sweet, Red grapes, and Orange peel.
Farm: Various small farms in Cauca, Eastern Colombia. 
Elevation: 1200–2000 masl
Colombia is described as a strong, versatile workhorse of coffees that is fully translated into the notes of this roast. Through the partnership with our importer, we are able to impact local farmers in a major way. We do this by paying farmers more per pound than is traditionally expected on the open market.

Brazil:
Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, nut butters, toffee, and raisins. 
Elevation: 1100–1250m
Farm: Fazenda Cachoeira de Grama in Valle de Grama, Mogiana
Mogiana is home to some of the most elite coffee farms in Brazil. With rolling hills surrounding the area, this farm employs many people from the local community. In collaboration with the Brazilian Government, this farm is able to provide a school that educates around 300 children each year. The notes of this roast combine together to bring out a thick and full-bodied flavor.

Peru:
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, Lemon, Butter and Chocolate.
Origin: San Martín de Pangoa, Junín, Peru
Varieties: Caturra, Bourbon
Elevation: 1,700-2,000 msl
Process: Fully Washed
The team at Non-Fiction Coffee is proud to present the most wonderful Peruvian coffee North of the Equator. Coming to us from the 10 acre farm of Gregorios and Isabela Torre in Junin, Peru. This family owned and operated farm is being sourced to the United States for the first time after 10 years of production. We are confident the tasting notes are sure to be a knock out with every coffee lover. With notes of vanilla, butter, chocolate and a twist of lemon this will quickly become a new favorite for your morning brew. Plus--by bringing this coffee directly to our customers we are able to increase the profit to the farmer and bring value and dignity to their hard work like never before.
