The Andes mountain ranges in Huila provide an optimal climate for coffee growth. With cooler temperatures and ample shade, cherries, here, ripen slowly and develop rich, natural sugars, which lead to sweetness in the coffees. This washed process coffee is complex with a syrup-like cola body, a green apple acidity, and a sweetness reminiscent of dried fruits.

This delightful coffee is processed through a natural controlled fermentation, which gives the coffee the richness of a naturally processed coffee and the pleasant, sweet acidity of a fermentation coffee. The aroma of this coffee, alone, will have you eager to brew cup after cup. With notes of white peach, clementine, and concord grape this coffee is sure to impress.
