Adelmo "Al" Lopez is a 4th generation coffee producer and the owner of Finca Terrerito. We've been honored to work with the Lopez family of Finca Terrerito, bringing in a wonderful honey processed Honduran coffee from Leticia Lopez Hutchins and now this smooth and sweet washed processed coffee from Al's farm. As a multi-generational coffee producer, Al and the team at Finca T have their roots in their community in Copan, Honduras. They operate under 3 pillars, "improving lives, sustainable farming, incredible coffee". It's no coincidence that "improving lives" is their first pillar -- they seek to build up their community through their resources and through providing jobs. Most recently, they've been fundraising to provide relief in Honduras from the effects of Hurricane Eta. 

All of their hard work and passion come together in the final product -- incredible coffee. This coffee is clean, rich, and smooth. We're tasting a heavy portion of chocolate in this coffee with a slight nuttiness in the profile, as well. This coffee is delicious on it's own, but can certainly stand up to cream and sugar.
